Another deal done! This time a letting to Viv’s Coffee who’re opening up their first shop, after a successful stint on Maltby Street Market.
4 Underwood Street has been let. The office, which was just over 1,600 sq ft in The City Fringe was let on a new lease in a challenging office market.
We’re pleased to confirm the sale of the residential block investments at 197-201 & 170a,174a 178a & 180a New Road, Rubery in Birmingham & 146-148 & 154-158 Chester Road, Birmingham. The two blocks were part of a larger portfolio our client wanted to dispose of. We sourced a local developer who was keen to acquire more residential units in the area.
