Abas Anwar, formally a director of Strettons, has joined the team as a partner. Abas brings a wealth of experience dealing with agency, investment and development across London.
We’ve decided to deepen our relationship with Paul Goodsir by officially incorporating Goodsir Commercial’s agency into ours. Goodsir Commcerial’s website will continue to operate, but Assembly CRE will now take over all their agency instructions in London.
We’ve now completed the letting of 107 Hampstead Road to a retailer. 109 Hampstead Road was also completed a short time after to a coffee shop operator.
Despite the challenging residential development market conditions, we’re pleased to confirm that we’ve sold this PD development opportunity in Maidstone, on behalf of a prop co.
