Jamie has just completed on the acquisition on circa 7,000 sq ft on Sydenham Road, London SE26 on behalf of a client. The building had an expired prior approval to convert the upper floors to residential, with a mixture of Class E uses on the ground floor. Potential subject to PD to re-instigate the prior approval and improve the commercial offering downstairs.
