Imdad Kirefu

Imdad, now a consultant with Assembly CRE, was a Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years’ experience in central London property.

He began his career in 1983 managing a West End portfolio before joining Jones Lang Wootton (now JLL), in the management department and then the rent review team where he built a strong reputation and also working in the international corporate team advising major clients including AT&T and Bank of America.

In 1997, he joined Old Park Lane Management Ltd, where he spent 26 years and became Head of Asset Management. He led the strategic management of a diverse portfolio, overseeing refurbishments and redevelopments, lettings, lease renewals, and disposals, while building lasting relationships with occupiers, partners, and the wider property community.

Known for his collaborative approach Imdad takes pride in delivering practical solutions that support both clients and communities.
